Well, after thinking about it and really wishing (wanting) a new iPod, I finally bit the bullet and ordered a replacement battery for Spike with a replacement kit. I am getting it from ipodjuice.com, which seems like a fairly good company (so far). I’ll let you know once I’ve completed the surgery.
